Our Story
Stef is the person canine business owners call when their inbox has turned feral, their diary has gone rogue, and that brilliant course idea is still gathering dust in the notes app. She has always been the behind-the-scenes organiser in every role she has held, and she would not have it any other way.
Little Wolf CS grew out of a track record, not a plan. Stef spent years working in management and executive assistant roles before the business existed, and the skills she built there are the foundation of everything we do. The business started when a friend made an introduction at a dinner table: she knew Stef's background and knew exactly what a canine professional in her network needed. That introduction led to a client, and that client led to others, entirely through results.
Stef runs every client relationship personally. She is the one you will speak to, the one who understands your business, and the one responsible for making sure everything we deliver reflects your standards. She has people around her who help with delivery when projects need it, which means you get consistency and depth without anything falling through the gaps.
This is not just business admin. We live in the canine world. We understand why Yerkes-Dodson law matters in training, the weight of a tricky behaviour case, the relief when a difficult email is handled professionally, and the particular exhaustion of running a one-person business while also being the practitioner. We get invested in your business like it is our own, and we will be your biggest advocates every step of the way.
We work with clients across the UK, USA, and internationally. If your business runs in the canine space, we can support it regardless of where you are based.
When Stef is not keeping other people's inboxes in order, you will find her rink-side at an ice hockey game, deep in a gaming session, truffle hunting in the woods with her dogs, sketching doodles, playing the ukulele badly but enthusiastically, or following her favourite band around the country. There is also an entirely reasonable obsession with penguins.
