Our Story
I’m the person canine business owners call when their inbox has turned feral, their diary’s gone rogue, and that brilliant course idea is still gathering dust in the notes app. I’m the calm in the admin storm and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Little Wolf CS started in the most gloriously unplanned way: over dinner, when a friend casually told an acquaintance, “You need to hire Stef, she’s brilliant at organising.” She did, and the rest is history. I’ve always been the behind-the-scenes organiser in every job I’ve had from managing to executive assistance. Now, I get to do it for the people I admire most: dog people.
This isn’t just business admin to me. I live in the canine world. I know why Yerkes-Dodson law is crucial to training. I get why timing matters on a new class launch. I understand the sigh of relief when a tricky email gets handled, or a packed diary finally makes sense. I’m passionate about empowering people to create, accomplish, and grow beyond what they thought possible. Supporting canine business owners isn’t just work for me, it’s personal. I get invested in your business like it’s my own, and I’ll be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way. Seeing my clients reclaim their time, hit their goals, and finally get those ‘one day’ ideas off the ground is what lights me up. Your wins are my wins.
When I’m not wrestling inboxes into submission, you’ll find me hanging in the woods or truffle hunting with my dogs, sketching little doodles, playing the ukulele badly but enthusiastically, or following my favourite band around the country. I also have an entirely reasonable obsession with penguins.
